H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi meets H.E. Mr. Ukelli, Ambassador of Kosovo

H.E the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi received the courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Sami UKELLI, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in Japan. Their Excellencies agreed on committing themselves to cooperate in order to maximize the existing friendly relationship between the two countries
