H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi meets Mr. Yoshitaka Abe, Executive Director, Aquamarine Fukushima

H.E. Ambassador Mr. AL-OTAIBI received a courtesy call and a presentation of the damages of Aquamarine Fukushima caused by Tsunami from Mr. Yoshitaka Abe, Executive Director, Aquamarine Fukushima. H.E. Mr. AL-OTAIBI expressed deep sympathy and condolence to Fukushima prefecture, local governments, and Aquamarine Fukushima, and the people who have suffered from the March 11, and hoped that Aquamarine Fukushima will fully repair with the help of Kuwait of whom sent the first crude oil tanker to Japan on October 12. As Mr. Abe used to work at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), H.E. Mr. AL-OTAIBI expressed his intention to work as a bridge between KISR and Fukushima Prefecture.
