H.E. Mr. Abdul-Rahma Al-Otaibi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Tadamori Oshima, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, for completion of his mission as an Ambassador to Japan.
